The VEFAC is currently recognized by both exhibitors
and visitors as the leading exhibition and fair
organizer in Vietnam. VEFAC has successfully built
an effective link between foreign and domestic
producers and traders. The complex covers some
70,000m2 and has many exhibition halls of various
sizes to satisfy all your MICE demands. Hall A1
has a first floor area of 4,300 m2, and a second
floor area of 1,500m2, while Hall A3 is 2,970
m2. It also has an outside exhibition space of
some 5,740m2. The centre is located on Giang Vo
Street, just a short trip from the capital's downtown. |

Conveniently located in the hub of the capital,
the Friendship Culture Palace is ideally suited
for business meetings and conferences. The Grand
Hall is 1,056 m2 and can hold almost 1,200 people.
There is also an indoor exhibition area of 2,600
m2 and an outdoor area of 2,300 m2 . Both of these
are ideal for holding corporate displays and exhibits.
The Centre also has 50 meeting rooms of various
sizes that can accommodate almost any size of

The International Convention Centre offers a
wide range of conference facilities and top-notch
security. It has two units: Unit A contains one
3,00m2 hall and five conference rooms ranging
from 50m2 to 170m2, while Unit B consists of 30
halls from between 30m2 and 780m2.
In 1997, the International Convention Centre hosted
the Seventh International Francophone Summit,
which drew national leaders from more than 50
countries. It has also hosted the Sixth ASEAN
Summit, and hosted meetings attended by presidents
and prime ministers from Russia, France, Germany,
Indonesia, and other countries. |

The Hanoi Opera House is situated on Trang Tien
Street between the Red River and Hoan Kiem Lake.
It is an old French style theatre with typical
Gothic and Mosaic characters reflected on the
door domes and the glassed room respectively.
For a long time, the Hanoi Opera House has been
a venue for drama, traditional music, symphonies
and opera. It is also a major tourist attraction
for local and foreign visitors. Since its completion
in 1911, the Hanoi Opera House has been the largest
theatre in Vietnam with a 3-metre-high auditorium,
which seats 600. In 1997, the theatre was modernized
and is equipped with state-of-the art facilities
and appliances. It can also accommodate your business
needs as there is a Mirror or VIP Room that holds
100 to 200 people. Additionally there is the Antechamber
at 1,500m2 and two courtyards each of 4,000m2
that can be used for exhibitions or displays.

The 11th century Van Mieu - The Temple of Literature,

The Vietnam Museum of Ethnology in Hanoi holds
the finest collection of folk arts, crafts and
cultural items from the country's 54 ethnic groups,

The museum was founded in 1926, but in 1958 it
was restored and renamed the Vietnam History Museum.
On display are rich collections of archaeological
findings of great scientific and artistic value,
illustrating the development of the nation and
the State of Vietnam from the dawn of its history
to the period prior of the coming into being of
the Vietnam Communist Party.
This venue is suitable for parties, meetings,

This venue is the cultural centre for Alliance
Francais in Hanoi, and meting place for 245 guests
with a large lobby. Frequent exhibitions, concerts,
dance, performances and films promote French and
Vietnamese culture. The auditorium seats about
100 and screens French films during most evenings,
starting anytime between 6pm and 7pm. The films
are wide-ranging and span the history of French
cinema. As with most Alliance Francais branches
worldwide, it also offers French reading materials
